0 m · instagram and facebook ads

On Instagram, the ad does the selling. Everything else is fine tuning.

Audience, budget and bids affect results. What decides whether someone stops scrolling and reaches out is the creative. That's why our Meta Ads management starts with the ad itself: script, filming, testing and swapping it out before it wears out, with every lead linked to the ad that brought it.

100 m · where your instagram money leaks

Four ways to pay for ads and get no customers, and three start with the creative

Creative no one stops to look at

Generic graphics with text on top get scrolled past in the feed.

The same ad running for months

People who have seen it get tired of it. The cost per lead goes up and no one changes the creative.

An ad that doesn't say who it's for

Without making clear who it's for and what they get, the wrong people show up and your sales team loses the day.

Cheap conversations that go nowhere

Ads that go straight to WhatsApp bring lots of cheap conversations, and many of them are the wrong people.

200 m · the 80/20 of meta

Audience and budget fine tune the results. The creative decides whether there are any.

On Meta, the platform finds the audience on its own. What it doesn't do is make the ad. A good creative lowers the cost of every lead and brings in the right people; a weak one spends the same budget and brings no one. That's why most of our work on Meta goes into the ad.

What an ad that sells has

01 · the first 3 seconds

A sentence or question people recognize as their own. If it doesn't hook them here, nothing else matters.

02 · a face talking

A real person looking at the camera builds more trust than any graphic with text on top.

03 · who it's for

Saying right away who should reach out keeps the wrong people away before they take up your sales team's time.

04 · the next step

One call to action: fill out the form or message on WhatsApp. Nothing to think about.

500 m · how it works

We test creatives until the market picks the winner

01

Scripts based on what customers ask

We gather the questions that make people decide and write the ads around them.

02

Several creatives, small budget

We launch 4 to 6 versions at the same time, with a small budget, so the market tells us which one works.

03

The budget goes to the winner

The creative that brings in the right leads gets more budget. The others are turned off.

04

Swap before it wears out

When the cost per lead starts to rise, the next creative is already ready to go.

After the click, the lead lands on a form with screening questions or on WhatsApp, depending on what brings customers in your case, and enters the system tagged with the source ad.

FAQ

Why so much focus on the creative?

Because on Meta the platform finds the audience on its own, and what changes the cost and quality of each lead is the ad. At a senior living residence, a single video brought more leads than all the other creatives combined.

Do I need to be in the videos?

Not necessarily. It can be you, someone on your team or, as in one of our case studies, someone from Sea-Ads. What matters is having a face speaking directly to the viewer.

How much do I need to spend on Meta?

We start small, just to measure: about BRL 100 a day, for 10 to 15 days. Those numbers show how much it costs to bring in each customer in your market, and we use them to set the budget with you. The budget stays in your own ad account.

Form or WhatsApp?

It depends on your case. At a senior living residence, WhatsApp chats were cheaper and brought no contracts; the screening form cost more per lead and brought all 3 contracts. We test both and keep what sells.

Meta or Google, which is better for me?

Meta shows your company to people who aren't looking yet. Google brings in people who already are. In the discovery meeting, we tell you where to start, or whether both are worth it.

Is there a minimum contract term?

For ad management, the contract has a 6 month minimum term. The ad budget is separate and paid directly into your account.

If I leave, do I keep the account?

Yes. The ad account is in your company's name from day one, with its full history.
