Privacy policy

When you use our services, you are trusting us with your information. We understand this is a big responsibility, and we work hard to protect that information and put you in control.

This privacy policy is meant to help you understand what information we collect, why we collect it and how you can update, manage, export and delete it.

It's important for us to collect some information from the users of our services so we can offer a better website, more suited to your preferences. We also need to keep you informed about news and relevant information. So please read this policy and our terms of use carefully.

We guarantee that users' personal information will not be provided, published or sold under any circumstances. This information is safe with us. The only exception is when a user takes part in a comment or post. In that case, their name, email and testimonial may be published, as described in our terms of use.

Sign-up

We never send emails asking you to confirm your data or sign-up, or with executable attachments (exe, com, scr, bat files) and download links.

To enjoy the site's extra benefits and receive emails about our services, you need to sign up through one of our opt-in forms. This sign-up is stored in a protected, confidential database.

If you no longer want to receive our newsletters, just click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each message or let us know by email. We never send spam.

We want you to understand the types of information we collect when you use our services

We collect information to provide better services to all our users, from basic things like the language you speak to more complex things like which ads you may find most useful, the people who matter most to you online or the YouTube videos you might like. The information Google collects, and how it's used, depends on how you use our services and how you manage your privacy controls.

We store the information we collect with unique identifiers tied to the browser, app or device you are using. This lets us keep your preferences across browsing sessions; for example, your language or whether to show relevant search results or ads based on your activity.

Cookies

We use three categories of cookies. Necessary: they make the site work and remember your cookie choice; they can't be turned off. Measurement: Google Analytics, to learn how many people visit the site and where they come from. Advertising: Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and other ad platforms, to measure campaigns and show relevant ads. Measurement and advertising only run after you give permission, which you can change or withdraw at any time with the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer of every page. We record each choice (date and time, categories accepted or rejected, the version of this notice, the page and a random identifier for your browser) to prove consent, as Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD) requires. Your IP address is not stored as text, only as a cryptographic fingerprint that can't be used to identify you.

Sharing information

For security purposes, information may be shared when competent judicial or government authorities request it for investigations they are conducting, even without a court order, for example (and not limited to) criminal investigations or copyright violations, except where current law requires the information to be kept confidential. Information may also be disclosed when there is sufficient reason to believe a user's activity is suspected of attempting or committing a crime or trying to harm others.

Our site has links to other sites that are not covered by this policy. Please check the privacy policy of those sites, since your information will be handled according to each one's policy, which may differ from ours.

Data processors and international data transfers

To run the website and our sales service, we use third-party services that process data on our behalf. They are, with the purpose of each:

  • Make (Celonis Inc.), to receive and forward the data sent through the website's forms;
  • Cloudflare, Inc., for hosting and delivering the pages;
  • Meta Platforms, Inc., for WhatsApp communication through the official API and for campaign measurement;
  • Google LLC, for campaign measurement and the fonts shown on the site;
  • Ocean Scale LTDA, through its own platform where sales opportunities are recorded.

International transfers. Some of these processors keep servers outside Brazil, especially in the United States. By sending your data through any form on this site, you acknowledge that it may be transmitted and stored abroad. Transfers take place under article 33 of Brazil's General Data Protection Law, based on the performance of a contract or on your consent, and we require these processors to provide contractual protection guarantees equivalent to those in Brazilian law.

We do not sell or give your personal data to third parties for their own advertising purposes.

Your activity

We collect information about your activity in our marketing actions and use it, for example, to show you our advertising again on other media channels.

The activity information we collect may include the following:

  • terms you search for
  • videos you watch
  • views and interactions with content and ads
  • purchase activity
  • people you communicate or share content with
  • activity on third-party sites and apps that use services from the channels we work on;
  • browsing history from the browser you have synced;
  • sender and recipient email addresses;
  • time and date;
  • form contacts;
  • and more.

Measuring performance

We use data for analysis and evaluation to understand how our services are used. For example, we analyze data about your visits to our site to improve its design.

We also use data about the ads you interact with, including related activity in Search, to help ad channels understand how campaigns perform. We use several tools for this, including Google Analytics.

When you visit sites or use apps that use Google Analytics, that site's Google Analytics customer may allow Google to link information about your activity on that site or app with activity on other sites and apps that use ad services.

Ways to review and update your Google information

My Activity lets you review and control data saved to your Google Account when you're signed in and using Google services, such as searches or visits to Google Play. You can browse by date and topic and delete all or part of your activity.

O Google Dashboard lets you manage information associated with specific products.

In a Your personal info, manage your contact information, such as name, email and phone number.

Questions and data corrections

We use the information we collect, such as your email address, to interact with you directly. For example, to create documents for your project or let you know about specific incidents in the management of your online platforms.

If you have any questions, you can contact us by email: atendimento@sea-ads.com.br.
